Modes of transport to a wedding

How often can one open a map and see that the quickest way to get from their house to a wedding is by kayak ?!?! Even if that means a 1.25hr paddle? I just couldn’t pass up this opportunity.

Landmarks such as these make it an easier task to navigate on water. (If you think you know Sydney harbour well – have a go from the water).

With not so much time to spare I landed the kayak and whipped out the dress and heels.

It was a gorgeous ceremony. Bonus points for tying the knot (literally!) in a pub!

After delicious cake and fun times chatting over a few pots of tea it was time to head home again, home again, jiggity jig.

Special thanks to the kayaker I met on the way who took a photo of me.

And I must admit, this was a great way to head home after a wedding. Letting the warm feelings of love and happiness endure a lot longer than normal since I was avoiding public transport, etc ;) Thanks for the opportunity!

Wishing you a very lovely life together D&E! Xox
